Our Price Match Guarantee ensures that you get the best possible price on the items we offer. Our team utilizes advanced software to scan the internet and provide you with the lowest prices available, saving you time and giving you confidence that you're getting the best deal.

If you've already made a purchase within 30 days, we'll process a credit on your account. If you haven't made a purchase yet, we'll match and try to beat our competitors' price.

To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee, the item must be purchased directly from MFI Medical and not through a marketplace. The item must be in stock and equivalent in condition, warranty, included items, and shipping method. The competitor must be an authorized distributor of the product and cannot be an auction website.

Please note that promotions such as rebates and coupons are not eligible for price matching, and MFI promotions, coupons, and points cannot be used on discounted price matched items.

To request a price match, simply send an email to [email protected] with the following information and our team typically responds within one business day.

• MFI Item SKU(s)
• Quantity of Each Item
• Requested Price Match Price
• Requested Shipping Method
• Competitor URL or attach a Competitive Quote. We require a link to the same product on our competitors' website, or attach a copy of a competitive formal quotation.
